the memo never reached our home but i knew it because it was posted on the elevators. the administration of this posh condo building that we're living in gave a memo regarding househelps and other similar kinds of people's use of the elevator.

i think it was a cruel move for the administrators of this building to restrict househelps most especially, to use the other elevators except for the prescribed elevator one. i mean, it is only elevator one that househelps are allowed to use and the other two are strictly for the unit owners and its guests. the reason given emphasized for the convenience of unit owners and ther guests, which is quite abnormal to reason out.

talk about inequality here! very clear case and alarming since we live in a different world now i think, and here, we have an example of people whose minds and hearts are left on the old times, the conservative ways of putting on borders. i think that move is really cruel and unjust. very much delineating and too arrogant! we dont have any househelp, except for the girl who goes here to clean the house usually, so i dont have any reaction from her. but my lola's maid was once slightly reprimanded and scolded after she accidentally rode elevator 2. the roving officials in the building noticed her presence and told her to not use this elevator again thus wait for elevator one next time. (((funny! there's no sign that says its elevator 1 or 2, they just gave a description. a confusing one.)))

so isnt that pretty odd and pretty lame that even in condo building such as this one we are living at, there is still a pretty political case here? hehe! everythings political and must be studied! :)
